The U&Me.117 Mastering Leadership™ course is an intense development and training version of the U&Me.111 seminar, and it provides the course graduates the skills to apply the U&Me Effective Listening® concept and use the U&Me Leadership Listening® methodology by building and leading a followership team created to fulfil their promises, deliver their dreams, and materialize their wished-for futures.

The Mastering Leadership™ course trains participants in applying their newly discovered effective listening capabilities and skills as well as the listening tools provided in the course in creating, supporting, and maintaining long-term relationships with promised personal vision-based futures. They master turning vision-based hopes into quantified results fulfilled at a specific point in time.

The U&Me.117 course features the uniquely developed U&Me Effective Listening™ personal coaching session, provided to each seminar participant by a U&Me Qualified Coach. In addition, the participants receive a second, personal, one on one coaching session focused on identifying the fulfilled future delivered results and the team required to accomplish this.
