The U&Me.231 Being a Team Leader™ program develop the effective listening capabilities and the result delivering skills required in creating, supporting, and fulfilling their team leadership role; by maintaining long-term relationships with promised futures, measured as quantified results fulfilled at a specific point in time.
The Being a Team Leader™ program provides the program graduates with the knowledge and skills to use the U&Me Effective Listening® concept and apply the U&Me Leadership Listening® methodology in team building, team leading and teamwork managing.
The U&Me.231 program features the uniquely developed U&Me Effective Listening™ personal coaching session, provided to each seminar participant. It also provides two additional, one on one team building and team leadership coaching sessions, focused on (1) identifying, fulfilling, and delivering vision based promised results and (2) building and leading the team required to fulfil them.
Finally, the U&Me Being a Leader™ advanced program features the U&Me Beyond Dreams Leadership Training Grounds™; a specially design personal developing and training team building and leading program.
The participants of the leadership training grounds program creates, build, and leads a team; a team focused on designing, developing and delivering a real-life community project of their choosing, using the tools and skill acquired in the U&Me Effective Listening® and the U&Me Leadership Listening®.
During the intense three (3) months leadership training grounds program, the participants receive a ten (10) sessions Beyond Dreams seminar, supported by six (6) personal (1-on-1) coaching sessions with a U&Me qualified leadership coach. and two (2) personal mentoring seasons with a U&Me qualified project developer mentor.
The work of the coaches and mentors is supported by top-of-the class aptitude and leadership tests.

The U&Me.241 Being a Lioness Leader™ Community Leadership Program.
The U&Me.241 Being a Lioness Leader™ team leadership program is focusing on the unique challenges of the Lioness leader. It develops the lioness special social skills and team creating by applying the U&Me Effective Listening® concept and applying the U&Me Leadership Listening® methodology on their natural team building, team leading and teamwork managing, using the U&Me concept and methodology skills and tools in fulfilling the team promises, delivering their dreams, and materializing their hoped/wished-for futures based on the team vision.
The Being a Lioness Leader™ Program builds on the natural lioness leadership skills and develops the effective listening capabilities, and the results delivering skills required in creating, supporting, and maintaining personal leadership and team member followership in maintaining long-term relationships with promised futures, measured as quantified results fulfilled at a specific point in time.
Dancing with the Lioness’s natural leadership skills by expanding their listening gives her the freedom and the power to face the added challenges and transcend beyond the society imposed glass ceiling.
